2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. 
Orders are processed during business hours:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
Orders placed outside business hours, on Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. 
During peak seasons, sales, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. 

3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability. 
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on eligible orders (as mentioned on the website). 
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. 

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email. 
You can track your order through the link given via SMS / Email. 

6. Order Modifications

7. Delivery Issues (Lost or Damaged Packages)
If your package is lost, damaged, or tampered with during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 
We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution. 

8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, re-shipping charges may apply.
