Refund policy
At Sapphire Mobile Phones & Accessories Pvt LTD, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange a product, we’re here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are limited to one time per order/product.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The product must be unused and in original condition
Must include all original packaging, accessories, and tags
Must have a valid invoice or proof of purchase
Returns or exchanges may be rejected if the product does not meet these conditions.
3. How to Request a Return/Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

Provide: Order ID, Reason for return/exchange, Clear images/(if defective/damaged)
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location (where service is available).

4. Quality Check & Processing
Returned products will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
If approved:
Exchange: Replacement product will be shipped.
Refund: Processed as per the payment method.
5. Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
COD Orders: Refund will be transferred to your provided bank account.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Please note that banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
Note:
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
For COD orders, shipping fees will not be refunded.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery
You must provide clear images/videos as proof After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Items without original packaging or accessories.
Products purchased during sale/discount offers (only exchanges allowed, no refunds)
